Zetha’s impact spans continents, having worked in Louisiana, Maryland, California, Nigeria, Kuwait, Dubai, and Jamaica. She has held pivotal roles as a teacher, vice principal, principal, assistant superintendent, and founding superintendent, leading initiatives that drive improvement, development, and excellence.
A proud Oakland, California native, Zetha’s educational journey began in Oakland’s public and private schools. She also attended, Xavier University In Louisiana, Howard University in Washington, DC and UC Berkeley in California.
Zetha’s work extends beyond education, partnering with communities and government agencies to build equitable systems and nurture inclusive environments. She has presented at national conferences, conducted equity audits, and published works on educational excellence.
